1 Member Eligibility

Amg98 services may only be accessed and used by individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not residing in any region or country where online betting activities are prohibited under local laws.
• Register as an individual and not on behalf of a business entity or third party.
• Not currently declared bankrupt or subject to any court order that limits your ability to enter into financial agreements.

By registering, you confirm that the information provided is true and accurate. AMG98 is not liable for any losses arising from fraudulent registration or misuse of the platform by ineligible individuals.

2 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at amg98. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or devices, are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

• The full registered name must match the name of the bank account or e-wallet holder used for transactions.
• The phone number and email address provided must be your own and currently active.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and not sharing it with anyone.
• AMG98 will never ask for your account password through any communication channel.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include MyKad, passport, or other recognised identification. This process is carried out to protect your account security and comply with anti-money laundering guidelines.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal

AMG98 supports a variety of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed through secure channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit limit is RM10 for most payment methods.
• Deposits will be credited to your account within 1–5 minutes after a successful payment.
• AMG98 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• Deposited funds must be used for betting activity on the platform; deposits may not be transferred directly to other users.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM30 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal requests are processed automatically within 5–10 minutes, including weekends and public holidays.
• The recipient account must be in the same name as the registered AMG98 account.
• AMG98 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

4 Bonus & Promotions

AMG98 offers a variety of bonuses to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and special promotions for selected events. Each bonus is subject to wagering (rollover) requirements clearly stated on the respective promotion page.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified time period before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• AMG98 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through means that violate the promotion terms.

5 Wagering Rules

All wagering activity on amg98 is subject to the game rules set by the respective game providers and amg98's internal policies. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.

• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and member category.
• Any confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended.
• In the event of a technical disruption affecting game results, AMG98 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player.
• The use of third-party software, automated bots, or any method that provides an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Wins resulting from technical errors or incorrectly displayed odds are considered void and will not be paid out.

6 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur in your account. AMG98 recommends the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Do not log in to your account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Always log out completely after using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Contact amg98 customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

AMG98 employs continuous security monitoring to detect unauthorised access attempts. If our system detects unusual activity, your account may be temporarily locked as a precaution, and you will be notified via email or SMS to re-verify your identity.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

AMG98 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions. Situations that may result in such action include:

• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or KYC.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Use of bots, automation software, or any unfair methods.
• Abusive behaviour or threats directed at amg98 staff.
• Money laundering activity or suspicious financial transactions.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team via live chat. Valid balances will be returned upon completion of the verification process, provided there are no unresolved term violations.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Under no circumstances shall AMG98's maximum liability to you exceed the amount of your most recent deposit into your account.
